Hotel Anurag Resort is one of the oldest resorts in Ranthambore with
some of the best lawns and open areas. The hotel offers luxury and
budget hospitality at a location nearest to the National Park. The
hotel is located on the road linking Sawai Madhopur railway station
to Ranthambhore National Park. The hotel has special sheds, where
visitors can enjoy and relax with evening drinks in the open areas
General Information
The mid winter season from October to February sees temperatures
ranging between 5 to 25c. March to June are moderately warm to very
hot when day temperatures could down to around 25c . July to
September are the monsoon months when the jungle rejuvenates itself.
Apparel
Natural khakis grays and greens are recommended avoid bright colors
and whites. A jungle cap and sunglasses are a must. And of course, a
camera and a pair binoculars.
Getting There
Anurag Resort is located on Ranthambhore road, about two km from the
Sawai Madhopur Railway Station and Bus Stand. Just about 3 km ahed
of the Resort is the National Park.
Rail : Sawai madhopur fall on the main Delhi Mombay railtrack
and all trains between the two metros stop at the Sawai madhopur
Station. It is also directly connected by rail to Kolkata and
Chennai.
By Road - Ranthambhore is 180 km from Jaipur, 275 km from
Agra, 225 km from Bharatpur and 450 km from Delhi.
