Address : Ranthambhore Road, Sawai Madhopur - 322001
.
About Aman I Khas :

Aman-i - khas (combining aman, or “peace”, in Sanskrit, and khás, or “special”, in Urdu and Hindi) is a six-tent wilderness camp near Ranthambhore National Park in Rajasthan, India. The camp opened in November 2003.

Set in rugged countryside, Aman -i- Khas is a wilderness retreat located on the fringe of Ranthambhore National Park, in Rajasthan, India. The park offers opportunities for sighting leopards, tigers and deer. There are people with a shared lifestyle the world over….they have one thing in common, something that brings them to Aman Resorts. That 'lifestyle' is about shared values, a lust for faraway cultures, for the world around that excites shapes and nourishes. It is an appetite for pampering and a deep appreciation of the creative and elegant."-These words reflect the very value system and essence of Aman-I-Khas. It stands boldly in the hub of the city of Sawai Madhopur, serving with precision and care the weary travelers who come here.

Accommodation at Aman-I-Khas Resort, Ranthambore :

Offering its best to the discerning needs of an elitist traveler, Aman-I-Khas Resort Luxury Hotel in India offers 13 elegantly furnished and spacious tents. Of them 3 are specially appointed for lounging, dining and spa treatments. Set on raised concrete plinth measuring 12m x 12m, each tent covers area of 108 square meters which is almost equal to an apartment.

The genius of jean-Michel Gathy who conceived it perhaps had a dream come true. The jumbo daybed at the tent's center with its canopy soaring to an enormous six meters offers you the sensation of regal comfort and luxury. Cotton drapes separate the sleeping and dressing chambers; outfitted yet uncluttered, the furniture mainly consists of cowhide and teak; it is nominal and modest, supposedly mimicking the ancient traveling camps. It seems to emulate the prosperous Mughal style; the ceaseless grassland inspires poetic sense in a person to surface up.

Dining at Aman-I-Khas :

The Dining Tent offers exquisite Indian cuisine and a range of Continental delights prepared with the choicest vegetables and herbs from the camp's organic garden. Dinner is mostly served around the fireplace in the backdrop of the Aravali Hills.

Recreation at Aman-I-Khas :

There is a vast swimming pool fashioned like a step well, a fitness center, and a spa in the premises of the resort. Guests can also unwind at the lounge and read, listen to music, and buy local handicrafts and souvenirs.

Other Facilities at Aman-I-Khas :

Some of the numerous facilities available here are the following: Library with rich collection of books on wildlife, Laundry Services, Doctor on Call, Foreign Exchange, 24-hr Room Service and Travel Desk
